Sound like yourself
Coaching that fits your voice — not a textbook personality. You'll keep what makes you, you.
One-to-one coaching for specialists who are ready to work abroad — and tired of feeling smaller in English than they are in their field.
“I stopped translating in my head during meetings.” Camila · Senior Data Engineer · Berlin
Three things you can expect across every conversation we have.
Coaching that fits your voice — not a textbook personality. You'll keep what makes you, you.
We rehearse the meetings, demos, and interviews that are actually on your calendar this quarter.
Fluency follows confidence, not the other way round. We start there — gently, with no grading.
Pick the one that matches where you are right now. You can always move up.
A one-off, judgement-free hour to find out where your English really is — and what to work on next.
An 8-week intensive to rebuild confidence in the conversations that matter — meetings, demos, casual office chat.
A six-month partnership through interview season, relocation, and the first months in your new role abroad.
30 minutes, no commitment. You talk about your work, your goals, and where English currently gets in the way. I listen — that's most of it.
You'll get a short written plan: what we'll focus on, what success looks like for you, and how it slots around the meetings already on your calendar.
Live sessions plus async voice feedback. We rehearse the conversations actually coming up — pitches, demos, calls with the new team.
And you realise you sound like yourself the whole time. That's the moment everything shifts.
“After eight weeks, I stopped translating in my head during meetings. I'm not faster at English — I'm just present in the room now.”
“Adriele didn't try to change how I speak. She helped me notice I already had the voice — I just hadn't heard it in English yet.”
“I went into the interview without rehearsing answers. We rehearsed me. I got the offer the same week.”
I'm a Brazilian English teacher who spent years preparing engineers, lawyers and doctors to take roles in Berlin, Lisbon, Dublin, Toronto. The work isn't really about grammar. It's about helping you stop apologising for your English long enough to notice you can already do this.
I work with a small number of students at a time so each programme stays personal — built around the meetings, demos and interviews actually on your calendar.
You need to be able to hold a basic conversation — that's it. Most students come to me at intermediate level and feel like beginners. We work on the gap between what you can do and what you let yourself do.
Online, one-to-one, via video. Students join from São Paulo, Berlin, Lisbon, Toronto — wherever the next role is calling from.
English, almost always — even when it's hard at first. I'll explain things in Portuguese or Spanish if a concept genuinely needs it, but the room is an English room.
Start with a single conversation. It's the lowest-pressure way to see whether we'd work well together — no plan, no homework, just an honest hour.
Schools teach English. I help working professionals stop hiding inside it. There's no syllabus, no levels, no group of strangers — just your real career, your real voice, and someone listening carefully.
Thirty minutes. No homework. No commitment. Just you, me, and the question of where your English really is right now.
